How much is one serving of fruits and vegetables?

1/2 cup fruit (raw, canned, or frozen)
1/2 cup cooked vegetables (canned or frozen)

Where can I get my blood pressure checked?
You can check your blood pressure at the Health Resource Center or any pharmacy or grocery store that has a blood pressure machine.
Can I receive "brain breaks points" and "just for me" points on the weekend?
On your score sheet, brain breaks are listed as "Brain Breaks during the Work Day". This means you can only receive these points when taking a short, 3-5 minute physical activity break from your "job" work. The purpose of a 'brain break' is to get you re-energized and re-focused while you work, since most of us tend to sit all day.
You can receive "Just for Me" points anytime during the week, including weekends. We only added (before or after work) to ensure no one is taking a 30 minute relaxation break during the work day.

Yes! Although house cleaning is not as strenuous as running or lifting weights, you are still moving and burning calories! Give yourself 2 'recreation' points for every half hour of cleaning.
Can I eliminate the same poor habit every week? What if I don't have any poor habits?
1. Yes, you may eliminate the same habit every week or switch to a different poor habit; the choice is up to you. However, if you want to be rid of your poor habits completely, it is recommended that you eliminate the same poor habit every week.
2. If you dig deep enough, there's got to be at least one thing you can improve upon. For example, do you tend to eat quickly during meals or forgo your lunch break and eat at your desk? Make it a point to take your time during meals and eat in the lunch room. Do you spend too much time watching TV at home? Try cutting your TV time in half. Do you take work home? If you can't eliminate this habit completely, try taking less work home every day.
If you still can't find a poor habit to eliminate, then you are probably earning those points somewhere else on your score sheet!
